[CBAS] Create bucket command needs some basic validation

Currently, if a bucket is created with just the following statement, the command will succeed, but will error out when a connection to this bucket is attempted to.
create bucket travel1

The only option left at that time is to drop the dataset and bucket and re-create them. Instead, it would be good if some basic checks are done to the create bucket command to validate if hostname and bucket name are passed. No need to validate correctness of the values. That can be done during establishing connection.
