[CX] Flushing or Recreating a bucket in CB leaves shadows out of sync

    Description

      When a bucket in CB server gets deleted, CBAS connector doesn't get any notification from the DCP client that the bucket has been removed. The same for flushing of a bucket.

      Moreover, any new mutations will not get delivered to CBAS through DCP.

      A general rule for the current DP state: if a bucket is deleted, recreated or flushed, the connected bucket can't be used and it needs to be recreated on CBAS.
