[CX] wget on couchbase-analytics-1.0.0-283-generic.zip gives app permission issues on windows,same works on centos and macos

Tried to do wget on windows machine: 10.17.1.12

Username,password: couchbase, couchbase.

wget command:

wget  http://172.23.120.24/builds/latestbuilds/analytics/1.0.0/283/couchbase-analytics-1.0.0-283-generic.zip

Error:

App cannot be installed due to permission issue

Basically wget was not working on this machine.

I was able to go to the specific link and download the zip file from there:

http://nas.service.couchbase.com/builds/latestbuilds/analytics/1.0.0/latestBuild/

Do we need to update the documentation for download , unzipping on windows?

unzip command will not work, but we can double click and unzip it.

Also there are various options if user wants to do it through command line:
