Consider JSON that looks like:
{
|
"question1": { |
"displayName": "Any endrocine disorder", |
"driver": "screen", |
"bodySystem": "endocrine", |
"billingCode": "1234", |
"response": [ |
{
|
"value": "" |
}
|
]
|
},
|
"question2": { |
"displayName": "Any Lung Disorder", |
"driver": "screen", |
"bodySystem": "pulmonary", |
"billingCode": "345", |
"response": [ |
{
|
"value": "" |
}
|
]
|
},
|
"question3": { |
"displayName": "Any diabetes", |
"driver": "screen", |
"bodySystem": "endocrine", |
"billingCode": "1000", |
"response": [ |
{
|
"value": "" |
}
|
]
|
}
|
}

1. We have no way to configure the index mapping for fields inside the "questionN" sections, since we don't know how many questions there will be.
2. At query time, if you wanted to restrict your query to a known field like "displayName" but inside some unknown container like "questionN" there is no way to do this either.
