Run backup restore test on build 4.6.0-3495
ent_backup_restore.enterprise_backup_restore_test.EnterpriseBackupRestoreTest.test_backup_restore_sanity,items=1000,number_of_backups=10,force_kill_memached=True,verify_unacked_bytes=True
I got the error that cbtransfer transfered out duplicate data

Total 1000 items but cbtransfer transfered out 1224 items (around 223 duplicate items)
This issue happens in build 4.6.0-3495 and all build after that.
Build 4.6.0-3493 is good
logs are included with the csv file from the command run above
