create bucket page checkbox doesn't work

we have a check box for enabling replication, but the checkbox cannot be checked or unchecked. I understand that putting a 0 in the number of replica copies input box will have the effect of "no replicas" but having a checkbox that you can't operate violates just about every UI design principle known. Please make it such that either
1. there is no checkbox (not ideal)
2. the checkbox is actually operational - when it is checked the rest of the control works (i.e. you can change the number in the input box), when it is unchecked the input box is greyed out (preferred)
