[Dynamic Index] "Index out of range stack" panic when creating an index

To reproduce run: 

CREATE INDEX `gen` ON `bucket-1`((distinct (array `v` for `v` in pairs(self) end))) ;

on 172.23.100.190

Index has been created but there is an error in logs:
