Description
Every time we upgrade go - tests on prepared statements fail because the prepared statements encoded plans are encoded slightly differently.
Since we don't care about the encoded play - we just want to know that the plan tree is the same, adding infrastructure to ignore certain result fields.
This will later be useful in testing timings and other volatile fields in active and completed requests
