MapReduce view can accept input from other views

I understand that N1QL might be a better fit, and that M/R functionality may be low priority. But I'm passing along feedback from a forum user: https://forums.couchbase.com/t/top-n-over-aggregated-mapreduced/11917/2. Prioritize as you see fit.

It could be helpful to have the ability to feed a map reduce view into another map reduce somehow. This user's particular use case was the ability to get the top X documents over some aggregate (e.g. count how many documents are in each department, and then give me the top X departments).

(If there is already a way to do this that I'm missing, please let me know and/or respond in that thread).
