Auto failover causing views queries timeout with replica index enabled

    Description

      1. We have inserted about 10 million data(40 GB)
      2. Replica index set as enabled
      3. One of node in 3 node cluster auto failover (60 seconds) with manually stopping couchbase service
      4. Could see that all indexes are rebuilding when node got fail-over. Views queries are timing out with stale=false,

      Expected expectation: Indexes should not rebuild when node got fail-over as we have set replica index enabled. Applications view quires should not get timeout.

      Actual behavior: all indexes are rebuilding and all view queries timing out. It is causing outage.
