erlang crashing on startup with ubuntu

    Description

      Created an attachment (id=677)
      erlang crash dump

      1.6.0beta4-29
      ubuntu 10.04 64bit (though it seemed to happen with all versions of ubuntu I tested)

      reinstall the deb with:
      dpkg -r membase-server
      dpkg -i membase-server_x86_64_1.6.0beta4-29-gbb8a9ed.deb

      membase does not start up, even with a "service membase-server restart".

      It does however produce an erlang crash dump.
