[UI] Not able to set Index Storage settings on the Index Node at setup time

I am trying to add a new( first) Index node into the cluster and set it to Memory Optimized Index settings.

I am not able to click and change the Index Settings from default Std.GSI to Memory Optimized.

Note: I had initially added this node as Std.GSI, I removed and rebalance out this node.

Currently, I am trying to add back this node with a new Index Storage Settings and this is the only Index Node on the cluster.
