    Description

      With the new feature of our ability to periodically scan and purge expired
      items, a customer request is to be able to dynamically set high and low water marks for this process (separate from our disk>ram high/low water marks)

      Ideally there would be a UI built around it, but certainly a CLI option for now
      would suffice.
