Rebalance report

It's very hard today to get a profile of how long a rebalance took and where that time was spent. I believe all this data is available how ever it's not in an easy consume format. My idea is at the end of a rebalance a report is produce with some stats and details such as:

• How long each bucket took to rebalance
• How long each vbucket took to move?
• How long time was spent waiting on views
• How long much time was spent on compaction
• How many vbuckets were moved
• How much data and documents were moved.

With this information we can start looking at making improvements to rebalance.
