Backup - no space left on device

    Description

      cbbackupmgr when disk runs out of space, it does keep complaining about no space left on device but does not terminate the backup .

      Not sure if there is a need to keep running cbbackupmgr when there is no space left, shouldn't we just terminate the backup and report the error to the end user.

      Note: The error is not reported back to end user currently its just in the logs.
