Print the latest start and end seq if get_all_seq call is successful.

    Description

      Obtaining mutations timed out message printed from view-engine dcp client prints stale data for start and end seq numbers.
      If get_all_seq call is successful, we need to store the latest start and end seq numbers got from kv-engine and use that to log the message.
