cbbackupmgr merge prints nothing on the console when running

cbbackupmgr merge could run for several hours depending on the size of the incremental backups it has to merge. It would be great to see the progress printed on the console for the merge operation. Currently, the command does not print anything, so its difficult to know if the process is running or hung. Though at the end of the process, a success (or failure) msg would be printed.
