Server-analytics : Rebalance fails when primary cbas node which is failover and cluster rebalanced.

Details

    Description

      Steps:
      1. Initialize a cluster with 1 kv node, Node1 and load travel-sample.
      2. Then Add first cbas node Node2(10.142.160.103). Start rebalance, wait for rebalance complete.
      3. Create bucket, datasets, connect bucket. Data ingestion should complete.
      4. Add another cbas node, Node3(10.142.160.104), rebalance.
      5. Stop Couchbase service for Node2 added in step 2.
      6. Graceful Failover Node2.
      7. Rebalance. It Failed.
