    Description

      On occasion running command

LinuxTask("Extended socket statistics", "ss -an --info --processes")

takes upwards of 30 minutes for an as of yet undiagnosed reason. This is a rare occurrence but should be handled so that collecting logs takes as little time as possible. Under testing all attempts to run this command completed in sub 1 second, so a timeout (perhaps 5 minutes) should cover the event of this command taking too long.
