Improve expression handling in planner

Currently in the planner, for index selection the entire WHERE clause is always used for matching to indexes, etc. In preparation for ANSI JOIN support this project will classify the WHERE clause expression into different keyspaces, such that when index selection is performed, only predicates for that keyspace is used.
