    Description

cbbackupmgr is complaining about not having write access on a bucket when I do have full access to the bucket

Note the 2 Replica bucket was added LATER it simply "inherited" the all buckets access for the user/role

[root@ip-10-0-143-93 2Replicas-04da4b0b3ceae699c2261513a05d4f5c]# /opt/couchbase/bin/cbbackupmgr restore --archive /couchbase/backups --repo noreplica --cluster http://ec2-52-88-144-128.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com:8091 --username admin --password password --threads 10

      (1/2) Restoring backup 2017-08-25T16_37_23.915125872Z

Copying at 0B (estimating time remaining)                           0 items / 0B

Error restoring cluster: Forbidden. User needs one of the following permissions: cluster.bucket[2Replicas].settings!write

Unclear to me if this is a generic security implementation issue or specific to cbbackupmgr. Please investigate
