Description
cbbackupmgr is complaining about not having write access on a bucket when I do have full access to the bucket
Note the 2 Replica bucket was added LATER it simply "inherited" the all buckets access for the user/role

Unclear to me if this is a generic security implementation issue or specific to cbbackupmgr. Please investigate
