OS X Update notification does not correctly identify GA version - Release notes needed as separate web page.

Running 4.6.0 GA (build-3573) on OS X, this is the update notification received:

Aside from the issue of IDing the version/build, we may want to tweak the language to be a little more formal too, but happy to shelve that discussion for the time being.

Opening this as Critical as it's out in the wild, but given that OS X isn't supported in production it's probably not a Blocker unless we also see it in other OSs (which I believe are done quite differently).
