Log level name not consistency in indexer.log

      Problem
      In some places the log level is in uppercase in other places it is Propercase:

      2017-09-19T15:21:09.200+00:00 [Info] Setting maxcpus = 1                                             
      2017-09-19T15:21:09.200+00:00 [Info] Setting log level to Info                                       
      2017-09-19T15:21:09.234+00:00 [INFO][FDB] Forestdb blockcache size 1048576 initialized in 58 us

      This is not following the provisional logging spec, it makes it harder to parse the log, it looks ugly and distracts the eye when reading the logs.
