Need Public Builds For Couchbase Lite / Sync Gateway CE Versions

In order to support our open source community, we need to have nightly builds publicly available for download. Both Couchbase Lite and Sync Gateway have active communities that rely on being able to grab a recent build to grab fixes as they are integrated into the code. Keeping a week's worth of builds should be enough and only the CE version of each should be available.
