Description
ANSI joins have a need to reopen children iterators with different spans - however so far the execution layer has catered for a single operator run.
This implements whatever mechanism needed to reset a subtree of operators to an initial state, so that they can be reused.
This includes resetting once, stop channels, item channels and what not.
