Removing the channel still shows on sync-gateway

1. Create docs through sync-gateway which is created user by using channel "abc".
2. Now edit the document by removing channel from couchbase server
3. Get the docs from sync_gateway

Result : sync-gateway still shows the document that removed from the channel

Expected : As it is removed from the channel , it should be removed from sync-gateway when logged as user which is created with channel "abc"
