XDCR won't start because CAPI port is bound only to localhost

    Description

      Our daily performance tests indicate that XDCR stopped working in build 1395.

      Test scenario:

      • 2 source, 2 destination nodes
      • 1 bucket, 25M items
      • Default XDCR settings
