    Description

Until we have a real server, for the past week I have had a MacBook Pro running 5.0.0GA for handling incoming PhoneHome data. This sits on my desk and handles the 20-50 records/minute that are coming in.

This morning on arriving in the office, I went to the machine to see if everything was operating normally. The UI of the Couchbase Admin Console was not responsive, but my app showed that PhoneHome records were being inserted normally.

I clicked on the Couchbase menu in the laptop's toolbar to show the menu and see if it would respond. It paused for much longer than usual before the menu came up, but when it did the Admin Console web page came back to life, asking me to log in again. It showed all three of my buckets were in warmup stage, and my document insertions were failing. Within a minute the buckets were warmed up and I could insert documents again.

The log suggests that something happened around 7:53-7:54AM today. I did a collect-info immediately after, and the link is below.
