[CX] Cancel DDL statements

Details

    • CX Sprint 105, CX Sprint 106, CX Sprint 110, CX Sprint 111

    Description

      Currently queries are cancelled, but DDL statements are not.
      We need to support cancellation of DDL jobs in any case of internal errors.
      Additionally, they could be interrupted using the same cancellation mechanism that we use for queries.

      Notes (not critical)

      1. Metadata files are currently not cleaned up until the next metadata entity is created.
      2. Data files are not deleted until the next NC startup.
