Makefile.all needs an install targe

The current Makefile.all builds the various components, but the install target to move the bits from the staging area to the destination area is missing.

This target is needed by people who wants to create a package of the software on platforms without wallace support (and for people who want to build their own version of membase). In addition it is important to be able to run integration tests to ensure that all my bits are properly installed, and that i'm not referencing build artifacts that won't be installed on the target system.
