Description
Breakpad isn't producing dumps on Windows (at least on Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows 8) because the dbghelp.dll we're installing seems not to work. Removing this DLL (and so, picking up the one that comes with the OS) fixes the issue. Can we remove copying this DLL from https://github.com/couchbase/platform/blob/master/CMakeLists.txt#L106
