Query monitor completed request sorting on "run at" does not work

Steps to reproduce

1. Setup a cluster
2. Run queries that will take more than 1 second
3. Try and sort on the "run at" column in the 'Query monitor' -> 'completed request' tab.

Problem

The table does not correctly sort by the column. The black arrow indicating order is not displayed when the "run at" column is clicked on. It does remove the black arrow from the other column that was previously selected.

Expectation

To be able to sort on the "run at" column to see the latest slow queues.
