While rebalancing hit "Retrieve Docs" and result does not show up while rebalancing

with 5.1.0-1544

Click on "Retrieve Docs" button while rebalancing and it hangs while rebalancing. (Didn't wait until rebalance is done, though)

Expected : while rebalancing, documents should be retrieved.

Actual: while rebalancing, document retrieval hangs.
