Allow Source Bucket to be Updated from Within a Function

    Description

      There are 2 requirements being tracked using this MB, and these are closely associated:

      1. Allow updates to the Source Bucket from within the Function

      2. Suppress Source Bucket Mutations - i.e, any changes that are done to the Source Bucket  from within Function will create mutations. These mutations should not be intercepted by 'any' Function. This prevents domino'ing of mutations.

      (Note: Oracle does a 32 level check when Triggers are allowed to be domino'ed)
