PREPARE to include node in prepared statement name

In order to be able to take advantage of prepared statement remote get from the SDKs, PREPARE should include the node name in the result son document.
In this way, when the SDK executes the statement, it will automatically include the source node name, allowing the executing node to retrieve the plan from the source host, if required.
