Provide the ability to dynamically pick different compression modes

Details

    Description

      KV-engine needs to support 3 different compression modes:

      1. Off - completely disable compression
      2. Passive - compressed documents can be stored and streamed from the server, but server doesn't try to actively compress documents (Client-initiated)
      3. Active - server will try to actively compress documents in memory (Server-initiated)

      These configuration options need to be changed dynamically switch between different modes
