    Description

On a CentOS7 VM with 1 GB of RAM, I ran CB Server for the 1st time and on the New Cluster Terms & Conditions page, the following error appeared:

Insufficient memory to satisfy memory quota for the services
(requested 987 MB, max allowed quota for the node is 837 MB)

So I changed my VM RAM settings to 2 GB and re-ran, and got the following error:

Insufficient memory to satisfy memory quota for the services
(requested 1727 MB, max allowed quota for the node is 1471 MB).

So I changed my VM RAM setting to 512 MB and re-ran, and got the following error:

Insufficient memory to satisfy memory quota for the services
(requested 804 MB, max allowed quota for the node is 390 MB).

So I changed my VM RAM setting to 3012 MB and re-ran, and got the following error:

Insufficient memory to satisfy memory quota for the services
(requested 2539 MB, max allowed quota for the node is 2283 MB).

It seems no matter how big I set my VM, CB Server wants more. Or should I change another setting?  Every RAM value I tried, clicking "Finish With Defaults" does nothing. I'm stuck with one of the above errors on the New Cluster page.
