    Description

      KV-engine needs to operate in 3 different compression modes and also provide support to replicate compressed documents over DCP. Items that are already done:

      1. validation of snappy data for mutation and append/prepend commands
      2. make datatype_snappy to be dynamically configurable
      3. support 3 different bucket modes for compression: off/passive/active and make it dynamically changeable
