[CX] Add function to determine if a JSON instance conforms to a JSON schema

It would be helpful for analytics queries to be able to determine that objects are valid wrt to a specific JSON schema. But adding a function to the query processor it would be possible to use such a validation either in a query or during filtering for shadow datasets, e.g. to create a dataset with valid objects and one with invalid objects.
