'stats proxy timings' not returning data

So I've turned on time_stats=1 in production and have verified that the setting is in effect by running 'stats proxy.'

However, when I run 'stats proxy timings' (after several minutes of traffic) I get nothing back just 'END.' We're running 1.6.0 of moxi. Is time_stats only available in higher versions?

We'll also be using the downstream_conn_max setting going forward .Therefore should we upgrade moxi from github as I believe there were some bug fixes in that area recently? If so, to which version?
