offline upgrade from 4.5.1 to 5.5.0 fails

    Description

      Steps to Repro
      1) Created a cluster with two 4.5.1 nodes. (centos 6 boxes).
      2) Imported Sample buckets.
      3) Did a offline upgrade using rpm -U

      Upgraded node never comes up.

      Logs attached.
