Description
We had a bunch of eventing rebalance failures on 5.5.0-1931 with the following errors.

All these tests used to pass prior to 5.5.0-1931.
Unfortunately because of bug MB-28235, cbcollect_info failed on all the nodes except 1. I am uploading the log of the same. I will start one more run on 5.5.0-1937 and attach more logs as I get it.
