Unscynronized clocks lead to data not being displayed on all nodes

      Description

      Install membase server 1.6.4r-2 32bit on 2 ubuntu 10.04
      At node A, add node B to node A to create a cluster of 2 nodes.
      Rebalance.
      At node A, load data to default bucket.
      Check monitor page on node A. See activities
      Check moinitor page on node B. Don't see any activities

          I can reproduce this bug on latest build 1.6.4r-6 on 2 ubuntu 10.04 32bit. Their IPs are 10.1.4.81 and 10.1.4.97
          When load data to 81, we only see graph running on 81, not 97. Those machines are in that state now.

          I'm unable to reproduce that on 2 nodes cluster of ubuntu 10.04 i386 machines. Please, retest with latest and provide more details if issues is still relevant.
