Please add "-D /path/to/minidump/dir" as arguments to cbsasladm

As part of looking into MB-27809 we don't really know what's going on. Given that we've got support for breakpad in our product we should use that for cbsasladm as well. We've added the command line option: -D /path/to/dump/dir

If provided cbsasladm will install the crash handler and store minidump files in the provided directory.
