Major Description
When log redaction is enabled and a salt value is not provided we currently generate a random salt. This is generated on a per node basis within cbcollect_info. Since we invoke a separate cbcollect_info instance for each node in a log collection run it is difficult to correlate the content in the logs from different nodes. Same content will be hashed differently due to different salt values.
To fix this a common salt value should be used for all the nodes in a given log collection run.
