    Description

      Many beta customers are reporting rebalance operation is extremely slow even when there is no data in Couchbase Server 5.5 Developer Build. 

      Scenario - 

      • Deployed 3 node cluster with all services running  
      • Default bucket with zero items 
      • Scale cluster from 3 to 5 nodes 
      • Rebalance operations take several minutes to complete
