Eventing Service: eventing-consumer UD Partial Redaction is incorrect

Testing with 5.5 beta, build 2473 Similar to MB-28677 the eventing service is again marking redacted data incorrectly.

This line is redacting not only the key (from beer-sample) but also CAS, Expiry, VB, Seq
