Eventing Service: Default Trace log level too verbose

The default log level for a function in the Eventing Service in the Couchbase Server 5.5 Beta is at TRACE level.  It is also non-obvious as it is a subitem under the "Settings" toggle when creating a new function. 

With a modest 1,000 op/sec running into the source bucket with a single function, the example "enrich_ip_nums", the eventing log wraps after 24mins of operations.  This isn't log enough for a supportable service.
