[FTS] wrong query stats on multi-node FTS cluster

    Description

      We have 2 "Resolved" tickets about this behavior but actual issue is still there.
      I have 3 node cluster. Nodes A, B and C
      When FTS query comes to server A the total_queries counter gets incremented on node B and C (but not on A).
      As the result, the UI graph "queries/sec" shows higher query throughput than actual.

      For n-node cluster it will show actual * (n-1)
