      Build: 4.6.5-4732

      Steps:

      • Create a bucket and pump in 50M doc
      • Keep updating all the document 
      • Failover 1 node (gracefully) when updates are in progress
      • Add back(Full Recovery) and rebalance

      Rebalance fail with
